Birgit Hoffmann has been taking photos and videos at weddings for over 30 years in South Africa, various African countries (the likes of Malawi) and also in Europe. Her flair for photography with a difference tends to go more for spontaneous shots, capturing the excitement of the occasion whilst bringing out the personality of her subjects with sometimes casual, sometimes outrageous, but definitely different poses. Birgit can speak English, German & Portuguese, she also has an assistant who is able to speak a number of African languages which is key in making people feel comfortable on their special day.

Shooting in a natural photojournalistic style on location is what I most enjoy.
